Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PawChats (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a managed AI front desk service for pet-care businesses. By signing up for, accessing, or using PawChats, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PawChats provides pet-care businesses with a managed AI front desk that handles website chat, voice intake, lead capture, and customer communication on behalf of your business. We configure, tune, monitor, and improve your AI front desk as part of our managed service.

• You must provide accurate and complete business information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

You agree not to use PawChats to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content through your AI front desk.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
• Use the service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or harass individuals.

You retain ownership of all business data, customer information, and content you provide to PawChats. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to operate, improve, and support the service on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PawChats complies with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from your customers.

We strive to maintain high availability of the PawChats service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We will provide notice of planned maintenance when feasible.

PawChats is offered on a subscription or usage-based model as described in your service agreement or checkout. Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. If you do not agree to new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You may cancel your PawChats account at any time by contacting us at hello@pawchats.com. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will be suspended at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawChats and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PawChats in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the AI front desk will be error-free, that all responses will be accurate, or that the service will meet your specific business requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on important conversations handled by the AI.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawChats, its team, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of PawChats after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PawChats operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
