- Business information — Your company name, location details, services offered, policies, pricing, hours, and contact information that you provide to configure your AI front desk.
- Conversation data — Chat and voice transcripts between your AI front desk and your customers, including pet details and booking requests.
- Lead and customer information — Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and pet profiles that customers provide during conversations.
- Account information — Login credentials and administrative settings for your PawChats partner account.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Operate and improve the PawChats AI front desk service
- Generate accurate, business-specific responses for your customers
- Route conversations and booking requests to your team
- Provide analytics and conversation history within your admin dashboard
- Communicate with you about your account and service updates
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell or share data with third parties for any type of marketing services.
PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is never shared with third party providers for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purposes unrelated to delivering the PawChats service.
We only share data with third parties when strictly necessary to operate the service, and only under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements:
- Cloud infrastructure providers — For hosting, storage, and secure processing of data (e.g., Supabase for database services).
- AI model providers — For generating conversational responses. Conversations are processed securely and are not used to train third-party AI models.
- Voice/SMS services — For AI voice intake and messaging capabilities, where applicable.
Data Retention
We retain conversation data and lead information for as long as your PawChats account is active, or as needed to provide you with the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@pawchats.com.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Your customers' data is treated with the same care we would expect for our own.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about your business and customers

- Request deletion of your data and your customers' data
- Export your conversation history and lead data
